    Very bad experience with LIV Credit card. After receiving my card, I received a message that my credit limit could not be released due to technical issues. So I cancelled the card without even single day use and I called customer care also. After cancellation of my card the bank charged my 735 AED as a joining fees. which was a shock to me. when I cancelled my card, the customer care representative told me that no charge will be applicable as I have not used the card yet. pathetic

    Reconsider my review as requested. And it is still 1 star Still very complicated authentication. Asks all the time I login to share my contacts but I don't want. Now it switched from normal login to fingerprints and face recognition but face is not working yet! After you grant fingerprints it asks you to "recover" and go through registration again though you didn't lose access (??) Very raw and not mature app. The size is also huge 225 mb - for what??

    App is Amazing but there are areas of weak points

    I have been enjoying using this banking app because of convenience. The only issue I have is with the card replacement process!!! The first issue I forgave as due to probably some system issue that was not update in the system. Now, another card replacement came and the same issue is happening! Here’s the problem, somehow, the notification and messages advising of the new card delivery is going to an old work number that was updated 3years ago!!!!!!! This ticks me off because the bank is saying that ARAMEX has the wrong mobile number. Like what the actual fudge??? The details came from Liv! How can ARAMEX get the wrong contact number? I don’t even have an ARAMEX account??? How can you resolve this LIV?? Your rep gave me 2 tracking numbers and just told me, “call ARAMEX and get your card from them, this is not an issue with Liv!!! And why I was given 2 tracking numbers??? What the actual fudge!!!

    WARNING: AED 9,083 stolen via Google Pay fraud on 19/02/2026. UAE Central Bank banned SMS-OTP by Jan 6, 2026, Liv used it 44 days AFTER the federal deadline making this fraud possible. Dubai Police identified the criminals (Case 6143/2026) and issued official certificate. Bank refused refund for 98+ days. Sanadak rejected appeal. Every official channel failed.
