Review of new app
New app is not user friendly there is no transfer option to your own account until you go to Pay. There is no option to create a pin code for a new card. Very confusing app

Works, but needs refinement
The app is basic but works for most everyday needs. Slight refinement on UX is required on simple things. For example, saved payees don’t display their nicknames, so my own accounts all appear under my full name and are difficult to tell apart without checking the IBAN. Local banks in the UAE have nailed this type of thing in their apps, why can’t a global bank?!
