    Kyc team not working

    Dear CBD team My app was close from 17 days I follow up but no one help not helpline team or Kyc team even bank customer services also I so disappointed from 5 years I using bank and update take 2 to 5 days take me 18 days and still not clear I just close the Acount CBD i hope you team take look on Kyc team and make easy for customer in future

    This bank employee think they own whole country they dont know how to talk with the clients one of worst bank i ever seen in dubai all banks and there employee are so nice they talk nicely with customers but this bank employee are worst ever i seen in dubai
