We want a way to divide and distribute money because we need it without additional applications. I can only do that by opening a new account, and guess what? I have to pay 25 dirhams on every existing account if it drops below 3000 dirhams.

EPin required to activate card. Epin that I never made is already blocked. To generate new Epin you need card pin. which you cannot make because you dont have Epin because you never had. To call customer care bank needs Tpin if you forgot Tpin that you never created you need Card number but the Card is inactive. So you need to activate card first using the pin you never had and is already blocked.
