Very disappointing customer service. I have been trying to contact customer care to request a permanent credit limit increase, but the IVR system keeps directing me to use the mobile app instead of connecting me to a representative. The problem is that the app does not provide any option for conventional credit card users to apply for a permanent credit limit increase.
